Our Riesling is our only white variety and wholly produced at Bald Hill Estate.
The naturally occurring acid from the grapes produces a balanced flavour throughout the wine. The wine is unfiltered and left to settle naturally in the tank, creating elevated characteristics and a wine with a wide horizon of flavour.
A floral perfume, followed by green apple and citrus with crisp integrated naturally occurring acid.
